Give each lady a wad of clay and tell everyone to pick their own tools. Then, set a ten minute time limit and see who can sculpt the best penis. Place all of the penises on the table and have everyone vote (make strict rules that no girl can pick her own penis). To spice it up even more, make categories (most defined, funniest, most creative, most realistic, etc.) and assign a winner to each category.
